Refund & Return Policy
Orva Foods always takes pride in providing quality services to the customers, and we have brought about the best experience for most of the refund- and refund-based policies for the customers with reference to our products.
Criteria
- Customers need to ensure that the product can be accepted back if it is found damaged or defective.
- In the event that you receive a damaged product or a defective product, the customer needs to revert back to us within 3-4 days.
- The customer can get in touch with our customer service team and explain the detailed description of the issue and show the reference of the damaged product through the screenshot of the product.
Return process
- In the event the return process is approved by the customer service team, we provide you the details of return authorization, which comes with an instruction as to how to dispatch the item back to us.
- The return process would be accepted only if it is shipped back with the original packaging, which comprises the tags and accessories.
- As a policy, the refunds would only be made in the span of 15 working days and after receiving the returned products.
- Kindly be informed that the refund policy would have to meet certain criteria, which are listed above.
Ambiguity
- The management reserves the right to refuse any returns of the product that do not actually comply with our return policy.
- The return policy would include the proper return authorization.
- Adding to this, the return policy would not be applicable for items that are used, damaged, or in an altered condition.
