The Account

  • In order to access the product and service listing, the viewers need to register with us in order to define our range of discounts for certain products.

  • Orva Foods is bound by the intellectual property rights for all the products being displayed on the website. 
  • The trademarks and brands that are displayed on the website are the sole product of Orva Foods and are bound by the intellectual property rights for the products.
  • The content and the product detailing, as part of the IP rights, should not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, or sold for any commercial purposes. 

Delivery (Tentative Time)

Orva Foods takes 24 hours as a typical time to process the order and also its dispatch. 

Ambiguity 

  • Orva Foods ensures that the products are delivered to the customer in good condition with perfect packing. 
  • Orya Foods, in the event any product that you have purchased through the website, and if the product becomes an instrument for any side effects, we are liable for the product or service.
  • However, if you believe that the products that you have ordered are not in good condition, or if you find the package is tampered with or damaged. 
  • Please do not accept the package, and you may return the package back to us. In the event that you find an issue with the product, please return the said product within 7 days of purchase. 
  • It is also equally important for the customers to have a complete reading about the product as a product description and keep themselves informed before they makea purchase decision.
  • The users are prohibited from violating the website and more towards the security aspect. Hence the users would need to agree with us that they do not use any sort of device interference or software with reference to damaging the integrity of the website. 

Pricing

  • The products that are listed on the website are the ones kept by the management and are sold at the maximum retail price. 
  • The products with their prices come with an inclusion of taxes. In the event when a customer has a grievance towards the products being higher or lower and also understands the discrepancy, they can report it to us. 

In the event of purchase of those products, the refund would be done at the time of delivery.
